"Clean room, only a few little spots"
The room was mostly clean, like overall it felt fine. I did notice a couple small spots here and there, but nothing that really made the stay bad or anything

"Really good service overall"
I had a really decent experience with peninsula.com. The service was quick, and the people I spoke to were polite and genuinely helpful, not just throwing standard copy-and-paste replies at me.

I’ll admit I was a bit distrustful after making the payment, just because I’ve been let down by companies before, but everything was handled smoothly and I didn’t feel ignored at any point. It ended up being easy and stress-free, and I’d be happy to use them again

I booked this place mainly for the location, and it really did live up to what other people were saying. It was super easy to walk to shops, food spots, and public transport, so we didn’t spend half the trip figuring out how to get around. The area felt nice and safe too, even when we came back later at night. i’d stay here again just for the convenience.

"My much-needed relaxing spa day"
I booked the spa through peninsula.com, and for me the whole process was really easy and smooth. I’d been looking forward to having some proper downtime, and the massage ended up being one of the best I’ve had in a while. The staff were calm, friendly, and didn’t make me feel pressured into anything, which I really appreciated.
The changing rooms were clean, the tea afterward was a nice little bonus, and I left feeling like I’d actually switched off for once. I felt properly relaxed by the end and would definitely book again when I need another day to myself...

The concierge team was probably the best part of our stay. They helped us book dinner, arrange taxis, and gave us a few local tips that actually worked, which is exactly what you hope for when you don’t know the area, right? I got in touch with peninsula support about an HR question and, they were really helpful. I wasn’t 100% sure what details I needed to have ready, but the person I spoke to explained everything in a really straightforward way and didn’t make it feel complicated.

They also got back to me quickly, maybe within a day or so, which was faster than I expected. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was being passed between 3 different people, and overall it made the whole thing a lot less stressful

I had a really nice stay here. The whole place felt calm and a bit fancy without trying too hard. I especially liked the soft lighting and how quiet the lobby was—it made everything feel relaxed and comfortable. We stayed here with the kids it turned out to be a really nice experience. I wasn’t expecting things to feel so easy, but the staff were lovely with the kids and made us feel welcome right away. The room was comfortable too, which made a big difference after busy days out. The only minor downside was that the food took a little while at times, but overall we had a good stay and left pleasantly surprised.

"Such a comfy room"
I only stayed for one night, but the room was really comfortable. The bed had that perfect soft-but-not-too-soft feel, the pillows were great, and it was super quiet at night. I actually slept better than I usually do at home, haha. Everything felt clean, and the whole space was easy to settle into after a long day. I left feeling rested and genuinely happy with the stay.

The ride itself was okay once it finally showed up, but the pickup took longer than expected. I was just standing there waiting and didn’t really get any updates, so it felt like I was being ignored. Not the worst experience, but the slow pickup definitely dragged it down.
